Welcome to Getconvi.com (“Getconvi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of: * Getconvi.com and its subdomains * All products, platforms, tools, APIs, and services operated or offered by Getconvi * Any related content, documentation, or communications (collectively, the “Services”) By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. You represent and warrant that: * You are at least 18 years old * You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts * If acting on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity Getconvi operates as an operator-led venture studio, building and running systems across AI, community, voice, commerce, and infrastructure. Services may include: * Software platforms (SaaS, APIs, tools) * AI and automation systems * Voice and conversational systems * Community and network-based platforms * Consulting, implementation, or managed services * Experimental, beta, or pilot offerings We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. ## 4.1 Account Responsibility You are responsible for: * Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials * All activities under your account * Ensuring information provided is accurate and current ## 4.2 Unauthorized Use * You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. * We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials due to your negligence. You agree not to: * Violate any applicable law or regulation * Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code * Interfere with system integrity or performance * Circumvent access controls or usage limits * Upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities * Misrepresent identity or affiliation * Use Services to build competing products without written consent ## 6.1 Our IP All Services, including: * Software * Code * Models * Workflows * Designs * Content * Trademarks and branding are owned by or licensed to Getconvi and are protected by intellectual property laws. ## 6.2 Limited License We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You retain ownership of content and data you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Getconvi a limited license to: * Host * Process * Analyze * Transmit * Display solely for providing and improving the Services. Certain Services use AI, machine learning, automation, or voice agents. You acknowledge that: * Outputs may be probabilistic or imperfect * AI-generated content is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice * You are responsible for validating outputs before use Getconvi disclaims liability for decisions made based on automated outputs. Some Services may require payment. Unless otherwise stated: * Fees are non-refundable * Taxes are your responsibility * Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination Detailed pricing terms may be governed by separate agreements. Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed during use of the Services. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: * Is publicly available * Was independently developed * Is disclosed by law or court order The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools. We are not responsible for: * Third-party content * Their availability or accuracy * Their data practices Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We may suspend or terminate access: * For violation of these Terms * For legal or regulatory reasons * At our discretion, with or without notice Upon termination: * All licenses granted to you cease * Certain provisions survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including: * Merchantability * Fitness for a particular purpose * Non-infringement * Availability or uptime * Accuracy or reliability of outputs To the maximum extent permitted by law: Getconvi shall not be liable for: * Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages * Loss of profits, data, or business * Decisions made based on Service outputs Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Getconvi from claims arising from: * Your misuse of the Services * Violation of these Terms * Violation of law or third-party rights These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may update these Terms from time to time.
